Express and Standard Shipping.

We are using FEDEX / DHL Express Service for courier services. Both companies are take 3 to 4 working days for delivery..

Shipping Confirmation.

A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to you by DHL or Fedex when we booking confirmed. 2nd option we also sent you email of tracking at your email address you provided at the time of order.

What Policy if missing the parcel?

We are using direct DHL and Fedex so, these international companies good repute and time frame in market and rare chances to misplaced anything. But we are aware if happen anything with any products we are responsible for new products or refund.

How to Damage Products Claim?

If happens with any product damage issue from dispatch to delivery, then we will make new product for our customer or customer can get refund. But for the damage products proof you must send us picture, we will review and as per our conversation we will make new or refund.
